Oliver Lennon, Chief Executive Officer

Prior to joining SpeechStorm, Oliver spent 14 years with Kainos, there he established the ECM Business Unit before setting up SpeechStorm within the company. Whilst at Kainos, he was a member of the executive management team for over 5 years and most recently led the management buy-out of SpeechStorm. Oliver has more than 19 years IT industry experience spanning technical, project management and senior management roles. holds a Masters in Computer Science and Applications and a Bachelor of Economics from Queens University Belfast.
As CEO, Oliver’s focus is driving forward the company’s core vision, direction and strategy. As the company founder, he is responsible for planning and executing the next stage of SpeechStorm’s growth as it targets expansion on an international level.
As a director on the SpeechStorm board, he works closely with the shareholders and venture capitalists to enhance the overall shareholder value as the company continues to grow.
Brendan McCarthy, VP, Operations

Prior to joining SpeechStorm, Brendan spent 7 years working with Misys Retail Banking delivering banking projects throughout Africa and the Middle East. Before moving into IT he worked as a Foreign Exchange Trader in NatWest and Ulster Banks. He has a Master of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts from University College Dublin.
Current his foucs is to lead our Development and Services teams to deliver on our Customer and Product vision of enabling our customers to create great IVR experiences that drive customer loyalty and satisfaction. He has been with SpeechStorm™ since its inception and works with eircom to deliver SpeechStorm’s Telco Managed Services offering.
Damian J. Kelly, VP, Sales & Marketing

Prior to joining SpeechStorm, Damian spent 10 years with Kainos, establishing and building up a consulting team with particular expertise in retail banking and telecoms. Before that, he worked in consulting roles project management at ICL and Claris (an Apple subsidiary). Having started his career in 1991 at KPMG Management Consulting, Damian has a Master of Management Science and Bachelor of Commerce from University College, Dublin.
Current focusing on identifying new markets and industry applications for SpeechStorm products and ensure that what we are developing meets emerging customer needs. Since joining SpeechStorm in 2008, he’s lead the charge with video IVR, delivering innovative customer care, mobile banking and value added services (VAS) applications for customers in Europe and the Middle East.
